For the safety and wellbeing of our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any food items once they have been shipped.

Damages and issues 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at melligoldcreations@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the matter promptly and work to make it right.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Melligold Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
